Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Partner to serve a defined client group, handling employee relations, performance management, coaching, and the operational delivery of HR programs. You will bridge HR Operations and HRBPs, owning complex people work on the ground.

You will collaborate with compensation, benefits, L&D, and Talent Acquisition, surfacing patterns to leadership and supporting career development for high-potential employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Progressive HR experience including employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching.
• Experience supporting a defined client group preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations from intake through resolution and documentation.
• Coach managers through difficult people decisions including performance and terminations.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders.
• Translate enterprise HR programs into execution for the client group.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations on initiatives.
