Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Human Resources Partner to serve as the day-to-day HR partner for a defined client group. This role owns people-related execution and judgment work, partnering with frontline leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR program delivery.

Collaborate with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to surface patterns from the ground and ensure compliant, timely HR operations and strategic alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience leading investigations and coaching managers.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations from intake to resolution.
• Advise managers on accommodations and policy applications.
• Run annual performance review cycles and calibration sessions.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans.
• Translate HR programs into effective local execution.
