Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Partner to serve as the field HR partner for a defined client group, handling employee relations, performance management, and program execution. You will collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, and Centers of Excellence to implement policies and support leaders.

Responsibilities include investigations, calibration, coaching, compensation discussions, and talent development, with travel up to 20% and a focus on field-based HR delivery across Rosendin's sites.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, NLRA).
• Ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgement.
• Experience leading workplace investigations from intake to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations and resolve employee complaints with HRBPs and Legal.
• Own the annual performance review cycle and calibration sessions.
• Coach managers through difficult people decisions including terminations and compensation conversations.
• Manage compensation cycles and equity discussions with Total Rewards and HRBPs.
• Provide field intelligence on engagement, retention, and morale signals.
