Job summary

Amazon seeks an HR Partner to contribute to People Experience and Technology, driving employee engagement and operational excellence across sites. You will support frontline leaders, manage confidential information with discretion, and partner with PXT to implement engagement initiatives.

Respond to inquiries and resolve or escalate employee matters.
Assist in leading employee engagement activities and feedback channels.
Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
Support site-level engagement and culture initiatives.
