Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner within the PXT organization to support HR operations and employee experience at a New York-area facility. You will drive engagement, lead leadership coaching, and help implement HR programs on site, collaborating with Operations to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, standard work, and customer-centric HR practices, with travel to partner sites as needed.

Qualifications

Experience handling confidential information.
Bachelor's degree required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
Execute standard work with quality, meet SLAs, and document HR processes.
Provide frontline employee support and escalate when needed.
Manage feedback channels and drive improvements in employee experience.
Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture initiatives.
Track PXT data and prepare insights for reviews.
Promote self-service tools and improve tool usability.
