Amazon is seeking an HR Partner on the AMZL PXT team to support HR operations, employee experience, engagement, and leadership development at an onsite Amazon facility.

You will execute standard work, coach leaders, analyze data, and drive improvements with a customer-centric mindset, building partnerships across site operations.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, communication with diverse audiences, and using HR technologies to enhance the employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon HR experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information and communicate with diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Support employee experience by executing HR programs and partnerships.
• Maintain SLAs and document HR processes.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve employee concerns.
• Coach leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for reviews.
