Amazon seeks an HR Partner to join the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team. You will support site operations with a focus on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence.

This role requires working onsite at an Amazon facility and building strong partnerships across PXT and Operations. You will execute standard HR work, respond to employee inquiries, coach frontline leaders, and help drive engagement initiatives while leveraging data-driven

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Support a positive employee experience by executing programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness; maintain documentation of HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support; respond to inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Assist in running feedback channels and drive improvements in engagement.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT-related data and assist in preparing insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine employee questions and improve usability.
