Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to join the PXT team, focused on employee experience, engagement, leadership development and HR operational excellence. You will partner with site operations, coach leaders, and use HR data tools to improve employee experiences while maintaining high service levels.

This role is onsite at an Amazon facility in Alaska, with travel to partner sites as needed and a strong emphasis on discretion when handling confidential information and delivering timely HR support.

Formación

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with HR concepts and practices in large organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Support employee experience and engagement programs across site operations.
• Execute standard HR processes with accuracy and SLAs.
• Provide frontline employee support and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
• Coach leaders on PXT practices and usage of HR tools to improve engagement.
• Track HR metrics and prepare insights for site reviews or discussions.
