Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner within the AMZL People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team to support HR operations, engagement, and leadership coaching onsite at a facility. You will drive employee experience through standard work, data insights, and collaborative problem-solving with site leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintain documentation of HR processes and interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support; respond to inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist in gathering feedback channels, track issues, and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, performance conversations, and tool usage to improve communication.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives and coordinate logistics.
