You will help track metrics, respond to inquiries, and coach leaders on engagement and tool adoption. The position emphasizes discretion and data‑driven improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information and sensitive data.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and explain processes clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel/Outlook) for everyday HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution of employee matters with discretion.
• Assist in tracking engagement channels (roundtables, floor walks) and drive improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and use of HR tools and processes.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives and coordinate logistics.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
