Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner for the AMZL PXT team to drive employee experience, engagement, and leadership development on site. You will execute core HR processes, coach leaders, and analyze data to inform site decisions.

You will partner with PXT and Operations to reinforce workplace standards, manage SLAs, and maintain confidential information with professionalism. The role emphasizes relationship building and customer‑focused HR support on the operations floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year human resources general experience or equivalent experience
• Degree in HR, Management, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field helpful

Responsibilities

• Execute key HR programs to support a positive employee experience
• Maintain documentation of HR processes and employee interactions
• Respond to employee inquiries, address concerns, and escalate as needed
• Support employee engagement activities and feedback channels
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, communication, and performance conversations
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives
• Track HR data and prepare insights for site reviews
• Promote use of self-service tools to resolve routine questions
