Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to support the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team within the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) operations. This role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development and HR operational excellence onsite at an Amazon facility.

You will partner with PXT and Operations to drive engagement, coach leaders, handle confidential information, and deliver data-driven insights for site reviews and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or 2+ years Amazon HR/general experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support positive employee experience by executing programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Maintain standard work quality, SLAs, and accurate HR process documentation.
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate issues as needed.
