Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to join the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team on-site in our Colorado Aurora facility. You will support HR operations, employee experience, engagement, and leadership development while coaching site leaders on PXT practices.

You will work with data tools to track metrics, manage SLAs, and partner with operations to foster a safe, inclusive, and innovative culture that aligns with Earth’s Best Employer goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon HR/operations experience.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.

Responsabilités

• Support a positive employee experience by executing programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, meeting SLAs and documenting HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support and resolve inquiries or escalate appropriately.
• Assist in running feedback channels and track issues to drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention, guiding use of available HR tools.
• Support site-level engagement, communications, and culture-building initiatives and coordinate logistics.
• Track PXT data (attrition, attendance, hiring, sentiment) and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps for improvement.
