Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner on the AMZL PXT team to support operations, drive employee experience, and coach leaders on HR practices. You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, build partnerships across PXT and Operations, and leverage data to improve engagement and culture.

The role emphasizes standard work, timely issue resolution, and developing HR capabilities across multiple sites in Alaska, with up to 50% travel to partner with operations and associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience or equivalent experience
• Experience handling confidential information
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences across functions

Responsibilities

• Execute key HR programs to enhance employee experience and engagement
• Maintain standard work with SLAs and accurate HR process documentation
• Respond to inquiries and escalate employee matters when needed
• Support feedback channels and coordinate engagement initiatives
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention behaviors
• Coordinate site-level engagement and culture-building activities
• Track HR data and prepare insights for site reviews
