Qualifications

• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing activity and taking necessary actions to resolve.
• Use judgment to apply concepts and guidelines, prioritize assignments, and propose solutions to leadership.
