Job summary

EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator in the United States, focusing on HR transactions within the Talent Enablement Center (TEC). You will perform and review complex HR transactions with limited supervision, coaching less experienced team members, and ensuring adherence to policies.

You’ll collaborate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, escalate discrepancies, and contribute to reporting while maintaining production and quality standards across geographic locations.

Qualifications

• Research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision, following TEC procedures.
• Understand customer expectations and deliver service that exceeds needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs and resolve issues impacting service delivery.
