Job summary

EY in the United States is hiring an Operations Coordinator within the Talent Enablement Center. The role handles complex HR transactions with limited supervision, coaching junior teammates, and ensuring adherence to TEC policies.

Responsibilities

Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution.
Use proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results.
Cooperate with EY Recruiting or Talent Team and other EY personnel on processing issues.
Prepare, contribute and may run reporting as directed.
Meet production volume and quality standards as outlined by department management.
Assist with special projects as requested.
