EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator to support HR transactions within the TEC. This role requires disciplined execution under limited supervision and collaboration with EY Recruiting and Talent teams.

You will process and review complex HR transactions, reconcile data, and provide coaching to less experienced teammates while ensuring high standards of service and timely reporting across EY's US offices.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary actions to reach resolution.
• Use judgment and follow through on commitments; prioritizes assignments and proposes solutions for barriers to leadership.
• Performs duties with limited supervision in line with policies and TEC procedures.
• Performs detailed reconciliation and balancing of HR transactions; escalates questions or discrepancies.
• Proactively coordinates with EY Recruiting or Talent Team and external parties on processing issues.
• Prepares, contributes and may run reporting as directed.
• Meets production volume and quality standards; assists with special projects.
