Job summary

EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator to process and review complex HR transactions within the Talent Enablement Center (TEC). The role involves coaching less experienced teammates, handling escalations, and ensuring timely, accurate results.

This position supports EY's Recruitment and Talent teams, works with field members, and contributes to reporting and project work. A high school diploma and 1–3 years related experience are preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing activity and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
• Use judgment to apply guidelines; prioritize assignments and propose solutions for barriers to leadership.
• Perform and review HR transactions with limited supervision according to TEC procedures.
