Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an Operation Coordinator to process and review complex HR transactions within the Talent Enablement Center (TEC) with limited supervision. The role includes coaching less experienced team members and ensuring transaction accuracy across HR processes.

You will respond to internal and external inquiries, apply established policies, and escalate issues as appropriate. This position offers a comprehensive rewards package and opportunities to contribute to EY’s HR

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs by analyzing activity and taking necessary actions to reach resolution.
• Use proven judgment to apply concepts and guidelines; prioritize and follow through on commitments; escalate issues as needed.
• Performs detailed reconciliation and balancing of HR transactions and ensures accuracy.
• Meets production volume and quality standards as outlined by management.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
