Job summary

LifeLine Ambulance, LLC is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support HR processes across Michigan locations. You will maintain ATS/HRIS data, assist with onboarding, conduct interviews, and help with orientations and payroll deductions.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools. High school diploma and 2+ years HR experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least two years related HR experience.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ATS and HRIS data; support HR Director and Ops Director.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and background checks for MI candidates.
• Assist with bi-weekly new hire orientations and payroll deductions.
• Enter employee data into HRIS and scheduling platforms.
• Manage personnel files and assist with disciplinary actions as HR rep.
