Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years HR experience including payroll processing.
• Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll contact for the facility and coordinate with Corporate Finance.
• Manage time and attendance system and approve timecards.
• Administer HRIS for personnel changes and compensation.
• Process garnishments, child support, and court orders as needed.
• Lead facility recruitment efforts and manage applicant tracking system.
• Oversee new hire onboarding, orientation, and retention programs.
• Administer benefits, FMLA, personal leave, and workers' compensation.
• Prepare OSHA and EEOC reporting; assist credentialing as needed.
• Support performance management and resolve employee disputes.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment laws.
