Qualifications

• Previous HR experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Experience in Hospital/Healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level HR support on policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize pre-employment processes.
• Manage training assignments in the LMS.
• Handle background checks and screenings.
• Process employment verifications and official documents.
• Respond to daily HR help desk tickets.
• Orient new hires on policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance.
