Life Ambulance Network is seeking an IL/MI Human Resource Coordinator to support HR processes for Chicagoland and Michigan locations. You will assist the HR Director and Ops Director, manage ATS/HRIS data, and help with onboarding, orientations, and background checks.

Responsibilities include interview scheduling, offer letters, payroll deductions, and maintenance of personnel files in a fast-paced environment. A strong focus on accuracy and communication is essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• At least two years related experience required.

Mansioni

• Support HR Director and Director of Operations with HR processes for IL/MI locations.
• Maintain ATS and HRIS data accuracy and record-keeping.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, background checks, and new hire activities.
• Prepare and send offers and rejection letters.
• Assist with interviews scheduling and candidate communication.
• Track uniforms, payroll deductions, and employee data entry.
• Maintain personnel files and assist with disciplinary actions.
• Enter changes in payroll and scheduling systems; support data integrity.
