Job summary

LifeLine Ambulance, LLC is seeking an IL/MI Human Resource Coordinator to aid the HR Director and Operations Director. The role provides administrative support and helps maintain ATS and HRIS records for our Chicagoland and Michigan locations.

You will handle candidate communications, schedule interviews, onboarding, background checks, and assist with bi-weekly orientations, while ensuring data accuracy across payroll and scheduling platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years related experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to function in a high-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ATS and HRIS data accuracy for MI and IL locations.
• Coordinate candidate communications and scheduling interviews.
• Administer onboarding, background checks, and onboarding links.
• Support payroll deductions and benefits enrollment processes.
• Assist HR Director and Operations Director as needed.
