Qualifications

• HR experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Healthcare/hospital experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft 360.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level HR support for policies, benefits, payroll.
• Collaborate with hiring manager to finalize pre-employment processes.
• Assign and track LMS training courses.
• Process verifications, garnishments and government documents.
• Manage pre-employment checks and background screenings.
• Handle employment verifications and documentation requests.
• Monitor daily HR help desk tickets.
• Provide orientation to new hires on policies and benefits.
• Audit and maintain confidential employee records in HRIS.
