Insight Health System is seeking an on-site Human Resources Coordinator at our Flint, MI headquarters. The role supports onboarding, HR operations, and employee inquiries while collaborating with leadership and the HR team. Candidates with or without HR experience are welcome to apply.

Qualificações

• HR experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Healthcare/hospital experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft 360.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level HR support for policies, benefits, payroll.
• Collaborate with hiring manager to finalize pre-employment processes.
• Assign and track LMS training courses.
• Process verifications, garnishments and government documents.
• Manage pre-employment checks and background screenings.
• Handle employment verifications and documentation requests.
• Monitor daily HR help desk tickets.
• Provide orientation to new hires on policies and benefits.
• Audit and maintain confidential employee records in HRIS.
