Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar projects on-site. This role partners with field leadership and hourly teams, delivering hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle and ensuring a positive experience.

You will ensure onboarding readiness, assist with changes and offboarding, and support payroll accuracy while guiding policy and program implementation at project sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR coordination and payroll support.
• Experience supporting field operations or hourly workforces is preferred.
• Ability to apply HR policies consistently and professionally.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with employees and leaders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure smooth integration.
• Review and resolve timekeeping and attendance issues for payroll accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs.
• Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting/compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on audits and workforce initiatives.
