Moss is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to serve as the on-site HR partner for our utility-scale solar projects. You will support field leadership and hourly teams, delivering hands-on HR services across the employee lifecycle and promoting a positive employee experience.

The schedule starts at 7:00 AM. The role begins with six months of remote work, then assignments at Moss project sites with travel or relocation as needed to support projects.

Formación

• 2+ years of HR, employee relations, payroll, recruiting or workforce coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned project sites, providing guidance to employees and field leaders.
• Partner with project leaders to address workforce needs and day-to-day HR matters.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure successful integration into the organization.
• Assist payroll by reviewing timekeeping and attendance-related matters for accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and company programs; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on audits, apprenticeship programs, and workforce development initiatives.
