Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience, payroll, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for project sites.
• Assist onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Support timekeeping accuracy and payroll processes.
• Maintain HR records and support compliance.
• Partner with field leadership on programs and audits.
