Job summary

Moss is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support field sites and hourly teams on a utility-scale solar project. This role partners with field leadership to ensure a positive employee experience and delivers hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle.

The position starts with approximately six months of remote work, then transitions to active project assignments that may occur at Moss project sites nationwide. Travel or relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience including payroll, employee relations, and onboarding.
• Experience supporting hourly field teams or fast-paced workplaces a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for field project sites and hourly staff.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Assist payroll accuracy by timekeeping and attendance review.
