Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team in Texas. The role focuses on HR operations, employee data, payroll, policies, and ensuring a compliant, organized workplace culture.

We expect a minimum of two years in HR/payroll, strong organization, confidentiality, and proficiency with HR software. The position is on-site with full benefits and opportunities for growth within the HR team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional and effective communication with all staff levels.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters.
• Proficient in HR software, data entry and reporting systems.
• Understanding of labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Data: Process new hires, pay rate changes, and terminations in HR systems.
• Assist with Recruitment: Screen applications and resumes, assess qualifications, and offer hiring recommendations.
• Advise on Policies: Support managers and employees with HR policies and procedures questions.
• Handle Payroll & Records: Respond to payroll inquiries and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Support Employment Transactions: Guide decisions on promotions, transfers, reductions-in-force, and classification reviews.
• Coordinate Recognition Programs: Oversee employee events and ensure alignment with recognition guidelines.
• Maintain Compliance: Monitor personnel files and risk documentation per federal/state laws.
• Perform Administrative Functions: Prepare correspondence, data entry, and HR reports as needed.
• Interpret and Enforce Policies: Educate staff on policies, employment law, and workplace procedures.
