Job summary

Hireology is seeking a meticulous Human Resource Coordinator to support HR operations, maintain employee records, payroll, and policies. The role emphasizes compliance, accurate data handling, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR and/or payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with HR software. You will collaborate with managers and staff to uphold policy guidelines and efficient HR processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll.
• Proficient in HR software, data entry, and reporting systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Data: process hires, pay changes, and terminations in HR systems.
• Assist with Recruitment: screen applications, assess qualifications, and support hiring decisions.
• Advise on Policies: respond to questions about HR policies and procedures.
• Handle Payroll & Records: address payroll inquiries and maintain records.
• Support Employment Transactions: guide promotions, transfers, and classifications.
