Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support HR operations, manage employee data, payroll, and policies, and help maintain a compliant, organized workplace culture.

You will handle data entry, recruitment support, policy guidance, and payroll-related inquiries while working with managers and staff to ensure accurate records and timely HR reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional communication with all staff levels.
• Confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters.
• Proficient in HR software, data entry, and reporting systems.
• Understanding of labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process new hires, pay rate changes, and terminations in HR systems.
• Screen applications and resumes; assess qualifications and offer hiring recommendations.
• Support managers and employees with questions related to HR policies and procedures.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Guide decisions on promotions, transfers, reductions-in-force, and classification reviews.
• Oversee employee events and ensure alignment with recognition guidelines.
• Monitor personnel files and risk documentation per federal/state laws.
• Prepare correspondence, data entry, and HR reports as needed.
• Educate staff on policies, employment law, and workplace procedures
