Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and applying policies fairly while ensuring compliance
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and performance
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, maintaining floor presence to gather insights
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and development of teams
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement
• Drive adoption of HR tech solutions, AI, and self-service tools while preserving high-touch service
