Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for a large population of hourly employees and leaders. You will partner with business leaders to drive talent management, engagement, and internal customer service, leveraging data-driven insights to impact outcomes.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own projects that enhance the employee experience, balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities across PXT processes and workforce

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or related roles (operations, retail, logistics, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, feedback, and development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR tech and AI while maintaining high-touch service.
