Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for a large population of hourly employees and leaders. You will partner with business leaders to drive talent management, engagement, and internal customer service, leveraging data-driven insights to impact outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of human resources experience or related roles (operations, retail, logistics, etc.).

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
