Job summary

Amazon in the United States is seeking an HR Business Partner within the People, Experience and Technology (PXT) function to deliver HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders. They will bring expertise in leadership development, employee experience, and operational excellence.

You will partner with business leaders to implement talent management, engagement and internal customer service initiatives, using data-driven insights to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and guiding policy-aligned, compliant decisions.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, forecast challenges, and implement proactive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
