Job summary

Amazon’s HR Business Partner operates within the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team to deliver HR generalist support for hourly employees and business leaders at NACF. The role emphasizes leadership development, employee experience, and operational excellence within a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

You will partner with site leaders to foster inclusive teams, drive engagement initiatives, and implement HR technology with AI enhancements to improve user experience and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns, addressing root causes, and making high‑judgment decisions that align with policy intent while minimizing risk.
• Use data analytics to identify emerging trends, predict future challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
