Job summary

Amazon's North American Sort Center (NASC) HR team seeks an HR Business Partner to deliver generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence using data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and making high-judgment decisions that align with policy and compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, maintaining floor presence to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Coach leaders on effective people management practices, including performance feedback and team development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service delivery
