Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large hourly population and business leaders. The role focuses on leadership development, employee experience, and operational excellence.

The NASC HR team partners to deliver resilient, growth-oriented people strategies across a large US-Canada footprint, including change leadership and digital adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience preferred.
• 2+ years HR experience or related field (operations, customer service, distribution, etc.).
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair policy application while reducing risk.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and development.
• Drive adoption of HR tech, AI, and self-service tools to improve efficiency.
