Amazon's NACF PXT seeks an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support to a large hourly workforce and business leaders, delivering talent management, employee experience, and operational excellence on site. You will partner with leaders to drive engagement, manage performance, and implement HR initiatives using data analytics and AI-enabled tools.

You may lead a small HR team and own projects to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

Experience supporting or leading onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management.
Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, root causes, and compliant policy application.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR solutions at the site.
Execute employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach leaders on performance feedback, development, and employee relations.
Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and development.
Drive adoption of HR technology and AI-enabled tools to improve user experience.
