Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support for a large hourly population and business leaders. The role partners with leaders to deliver talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business impact.

The NASC HR team emphasizes autonomy, diversity, and an inclusive culture while supporting change, performance, and culture initiatives onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 5+ years HR experience or equivalent operations exposure.
• Experience using data to drive decisions.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders as a strategic HR partner.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and applying fair policy implementations.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions.
• Lead or support employee engagement strategies and recognition programs at the site level.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, development, and complex employee relations matters.
• Ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI to improve processes and service delivery.
