Amazon.com Services LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders, driving talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

This role balances strategic and tactical work, coaching leaders, leading HR initiatives with data-driven insights, and adopting HR technology and AI tools to improve employee experience and business outcomes on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, feedback, and development across teams.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools to improve user experience.
