Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR work in international, fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of human resources or a mix of equivalent experience
• Knowledge of local labor law
• Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment
• Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of human resources or mix of equivalent experiences
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and enforcing policy-compliant practices.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive site improvements.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach Leaders on people management and employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools.
