Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/ logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, development, and complex employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
