Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a hotel leadership/management role.
• Experience with medium to large staff.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate daily scheduling and activities for hotel operations.
• Partner with GM to foster a positive work environment.
• Provide support to front-line staff across departments.
• Conduct daily checks to ensure service and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and delegate daily activities against forecasted volume.
• Maintain safety and brand policy compliance.
