Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Minimum two years in a management role in a hotel.
• Must be able to effectively lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize daily hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Partner with the GM to foster a positive work environment.
• Support frontline staff across departments.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and quality checks to maintain service standards.
• Plan, organize and delegate daily activities against forecasted business volume.
• Communicate across departments to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.
