LBA Hospitality in Birmingham, AL is hiring an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards while controlling labor, supplies, and costs. This on-site role requires 3+ years of hotel housekeeping experience, 1+ year supervision, strong leadership and guest-service skills, and the ability to train and coach a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience in hotels, lodging, hospitals, housing, or care facilities.
• 1+ year supervising at least three associates.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and supervise housekeeping and laundry associates.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, performance management, and associate development.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and grounds for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Manage labor and scheduling within established budgets.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, process invoices, and ensure equipment is operational.
• Oversee room key controls, safety procedures, and guest privacy requirements.
• Conduct department meetings and ongoing brand and vendor training.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure repairs are completed promptly.
• Maintain required payroll, inventory, training, and operational documentation.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
