Job summary

Ascent Hospitality seeks an Operations Manager to act as a key liaison for guests and a right hand to the General Manager, while supporting Front Office operations and other departments. The role focuses on maximizing efficiency and profitability with hands-on leadership across hotel operations.

Candidates should bring strong communication, leadership, and service orientation, plus flexibility to work varied shifts to ensure guest satisfaction across all service points.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hotel operations and leadership.
• Experience with a major hotel brand is a plus.
• Strong service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and guest services across departments.
• Coordinate with GM to maintain positive work environment.
• Supervise staff across Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B as needed.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs and quality checks to ensure service standards.
• Support budgetary and vendor invoice processes as required.
