Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping supervisor/manager experience is required.
• Hospitality setting experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Oversee inventory control (linens, supplies, etc.).
• Know opening/closing procedures for housekeeping as needed.
• Inspect rooms daily to ensure brand standards and readiness for occupancy.
• Assist with training and scheduling for housekeeping staff.
