Job summary

Ascent Hospitality in Alabama seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations, including laundry, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest cleanliness standards and support financial profitability.

You will direct scheduling, training, inventory, and safety compliance while collaborating with maintenance and Front Office teams to deliver a memorable guest experience and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing housekeeping operations.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to lead a team of 15+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer all Housekeeping operations, including Laundry and collaboration with Maintenance.
• Develop and manage scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
• Ensure cleanliness and product quality standards for guest rooms and public spaces.
• Monitor inventory, budgeting, and forecasting; enforce policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and proper labeling of hazardous supplies.
• Coordinate with Front Office to maintain guest room satisfaction.
